One Million Media Refund Policy

1. Full Refunds will be permitted if:

a. Client does not achieve the 1,000,000 organic views collectively across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube in the 90 day challenge from services rendered by One Million Media.

b. No work by the One Million Media team has commenced
i. This includes any time spent in:
1. Invitation to Slack channel
2. Onboarding meetings
3. HighLevel Setup meetings

No other full refunds are permitted without One Million Media’s full discretion.

2. Partial Refunds will be permitted for:

a. Prorated refund based on the missing number of results
1. Calculated on a cost-per-results basis on the management fee
2. Example:
a. If we fulfilled 500,000 views across all platforms out of the promised 1,000,000 results within 60 days after the end of the last post of the 90-day period, we would owe a prorated refund for the value of the 500,000 unfulfilled views.
b. At $5,000 as the total price for the initial agreement period, we can calculate a cost of $200 per 5,000 views.
c. The missing 500,000 views would be calculated by the cost of $200 per 500,000 views, 500,000/200 resulting in a prorated refund of $2,500.

No other full refunds are permitted without One Million Media’s full discretion.

3. No Refunds but Credit System will be permitted:

The "Credit System" is defined as the amount of funds currently provided to One Million Media within the scope of the existing relationship, which can be applied toward future deliverables.

a. During the initial 3-month agreement
i. We will provide cost-free management after the initial 3 months of services if the 1,000,000 organic views achievement has not been met collectively across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other results, as long as the client submits necessary recordings on time and posts One Million Media content which requires submissions every Sunday from when the first content plan is delivered to client.
1. Raw recordings are still required to be submitted by the client in a timely manner which requires submissions every Sunday from when the first content plan is delivered to client. 

b. If the launch is delayed by more than 10 business days after the first content plan is delivered due to client lack of communication, lack of uploading necessary raw recordings, or lack of needed information from the client.

c. One Million Media consistently delivers weekly content plans for 12 weeks; however, if clients fail to upload their raw recordings as scheduled, which requires submissions every Sunday. Client is responsible for sending over 5 raw recordings every Sunday once they receive their first content plan.

d. Clients are not eligible for the One Million Views guarantee if they choose not to participate in skit calls, as outlined during the onboarding call. This also applies if they later change their mind or request to reduce the number of skit calls per content plan at any point during the service cycle. In such cases, One Million Media will complete the deliverables—providing 12 content plans worth of ideas and 12 content plans worth of editing—without guaranteeing one million views collectively across all platforms.

e. If a client has been onboarded on Slack and doesn’t end up booking an onboarding call for 30 days after signature of the agreement client will not be eligible for one million views guarantee instead One Million Media will complete the deliverables—providing 12 content plans worth of ideas and 12 content plans worth of editing—without guaranteeing one million views collectively across all platforms.

No other ‘no refunds but credit systems’ are permitted without One Million Media’s full discretion.

For contract format:

9. Full Refunds will be permitted if Client does not achieve the 1,000,000 organic views collectively across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube in the 90 day challenge from services rendered by One Million Media. Or if no work by the One Million Media team has commenced - This includes any time spent in the following: Invitation to Slack channel, Onboarding meetings/calls, HighLevel Setup meetings, Content Plans delivered No other full refunds are permitted without One Million Media’s full discretion.

In order for the aforementioned (11.) to apply Raw recordings are still required to be submitted by the client in a timely manner which requires submissions every Sunday from when the first content plan is delivered to client, and One Million Media will provide cost-free management after the initial 3 months of services if the 1,000,000 organic views achievement has not been met collectively across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as long as the client submits necessary recordings on time and posts One Million Media content which requires submissions every Sunday from when the first content plan is delivered to client. No other ‘no refunds but credit systems’ are permitted without One Million Media’s full discretion.
