One Million Media Cancellation Policy
3. Client Obligations Client agrees to:Provide timely access to all required accounts, including but not limited to GHL, social media, calendars, and domains.
Respond to approvals, requests, or communications within a reasonable timeframe. (No later than 72 hours, unless expressed in Dedicated Slack Channel of absence.)
Submit raw recordings per schedule: 5 recordings per week for 12 weeks to the designated Google Drive folder, following all instructions in the Dedicated Slack channel.
Record and post videos exactly as instructed, including skit calls, scripts, posting schedules, and times.
Participate in skit calls with required energy, emotion, and tonality fidelity as directed by One Million Media.
Post One Million Media-provided videos manually from a mobile device while physically located in the United States, without automation, scheduling software, or third-party posting tools, and strictly in accordance with One Million Media’s posting instructions on the instructed platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube), at the times instructed and in the proper sequence. Client’s own content must not interfere with One Million Media-provided content.
Schedule onboarding/strategy calls within 72 hours of Slack channel invitation.
All communication regarding the services, feedback, approvals, and questions must occur within the Client’s dedicated Slack channel. Communications via email, text, DMs, or other channels will not be recognized for service obligations or guarantee purposes.
Understand that failure to comply with any of the above will result in loss of the 1,000,000 views guarantee and does not relieve Client of payment obligations.
4. Timeline & Recording AdjustmentsRecordings failing One Million Media quality standards (lighting, audio, camera, performance) must be re-recorded within 48 hours.
One Million Media may require additional recordings or schedule adjustments; guarantee period will transition from 90 days to 60 posts to allow sufficient time for edits and posting.
5. Posting & Platform ComplianceOne Million Media-provided content must be prioritized in posting schedules. During the active service period, Client is not permitted to post any self-created or third-party content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube from Monday through Friday. Client may only post non–One Million Media content on Saturdays and Sundays, provided such posting does not interfere with One Million Media’s content performance or posting schedule.The exact posting timing, frequency, and sequencing of One Million Media-provided content is determined solely at One Million Media’s discretion, as each client’s situation may differ.
Client accounts must remain in good standing; One Million Media is not responsible for suspensions, strikes, bans, or platform changes.
Client must follow posting timing (e.g., Note once posting starts you will be responsible to post at 4pm standard pacific time, 6pm central time, or 7pm eastern standard time your time Monday - Friday.)
Non-compliance will void guarantee eligibility or refunds.
6. Skit Calls & Content QualityStarting with Strategic Content Plan 2, Client will be assigned between three (3) to five (5) skit calls per week, which are a mandatory component of the services. They require another person as an “actor” to record with.
Skits must be performed with required energy, emotion, and tonality as directed.
Monotone, disengaged, or improperly performed skits, or a failure or refusal to re-record when requested, will be disqualified from guarantee calculations
7. Performance Guarantee – 1,000,000 Organic Views7.1 Scope
Guarantee applies only if Client fully complies with all instructions, posting schedules, quality standards, and requirements, including Slack channel communication.7.2 Start DateGuarantee begins on the date the Client publishes their first fully compliant video to all four platforms.
7.3 Views DefinitionOnly platform-reported video views count; likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions, or watch time do not count.
7.4 Client Compliance RequirementWeekly raw recordings, scripts, posting schedules, skit calls, manual posting per instructions, no content deletion/modification, no artificial engagement, and all communication must occur in the Dedicated Slack channel.
7.5 RemediesIf the guarantee is not met despite full compliance, the sole remedies are:
Continued services at no additional cost until 1,000,000 views are achieved; or
A single full refund of amounts actually paid.
No partial refunds or prorations are permitted.
The election of remedy shall be at One Million Media’s sole discretion.
7.6 VerificationPerformance will be verified via screenshots, platform analytics, logs, and documentation.
One Million Media records shall constitute conclusive evidence in the event of any dispute, refund request, or payment processor or card-network review.
8. Non-Refunds Due to Client Non-ComplianceGuarantee eligibility requires strict compliance, including Slack channel communication. (No later than 72 hours, unless expressed in Dedicated Slack Channel of absence.)
Failure to submit recordings, follow posting instructions, complete skit calls, or communicate in Slack forfeits guarantee eligibility.
Delays, omissions, or deviations caused by the Client do not reduce payment obligations.
9. Cancellation & Chargeback Policy9.1 Pre-Work CancellationCancellation is allowed only if no work has commenced, minus reasonable administrative and payment processing fees incurred.
9.2 No Refund After CommencementOnce work begins, all payments are earned and non-refundable, except as specifically allowed in Section 7.
9.3 ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback after work has commenced is a material breach.
One Million Media will submit evidence to Stripe or card networks, including: Slack logs, onboarding records, Strategic Content Plans, screenshots of delivered content, and platform view analytics.
9.4 Client ResponsibilityAdherence to all posting, recording, skit, and Slack communication obligations is required to remain eligible for the performance guarantee.
Breach voids guarantee eligibility and does not entitle Client to refunds or chargebacks.
10. Intellectual PropertyAll materials, templates, scripts, guides, and deliverables remain property of One Million Media until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own business purposes only
11. No Guarantees Beyond ViewsThe 1,000,000 organic views guarantee does not include, including but not limited to, leads, conversions, revenue, sales, or ROI.
Lead generation, sales follow-up, and monetization are the Client’s sole responsibility.
12. Governing Law & AcceptanceThis Agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which One Million Media is registered.
By submitting payment, Client acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to all Special Terms, including compliance obligations, refund policy, performance guarantee, and Slack communication requirement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or communications.
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
