Cancellation policy:

At One Million Media, we strive to provide the highest level of service and ensure the success of every client. Our cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for terminating or canceling the services provided under the agreement.

By engaging with One Million Media, the Client agrees to the following cancellation terms:

Client-Initiated Cancellation

Notice Period: If the Client wishes to cancel the services at any point during the term of the agreement, they must provide written notice of cancellation at least 7 days in advance. This notice should be sent to the designated contact provided by One Million Media.

Cancellation Fees: If the Client cancels the agreement after services have commenced, they will be liable for the full payment for services agreed upon in the signed agreement regardless of delivery. No partial refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Fees: All initial payments, onboarding fees, or any other non-refundable amounts outlined in the agreement are not refundable under any circumstances upon cancellation by the Client.

Ineligibility for Guarantee: If the Client cancels the agreement before the 1,000,000 views guarantee is met, they forfeit their eligibility for the views guarantee, any free services, or full refund options.

One Million Media-Initiated Cancellation

One Million Media reserves the right to cancel or terminate the agreement at any time under the following circumstances:

Non-Compliance: If the Client fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Special Terms and Conditions section, including failing to submit the required content, adhere to posting schedules, or follow instructions, One Million Media may cancel the agreement.

Unresponsiveness: If the Client becomes unresponsive or fails to communicate or cooperate with One Million Media, this may result in immediate termination of the agreement.

Violation of Terms: If the Client tampers with, deletes, or modifies posts without One Million Media’s direct instruction or engages in any other actions that violate the agreement, One Million Media may cancel the services with no refund.

Non-Payment: If the Client fails to make timely payments as outlined in the agreement, One Million Media reserves the right to terminate the contract and cancel all services until payment is made.

Refunds Upon Cancellation

Full Refund: If the Client cancels the agreement due to One Million Media failing to fulfill the 1,000,000 views guarantee within 90 days, they are eligible for a full refund, provided they have adhered to all conditions stated in the Special Terms and Conditions.

No Refund for Missed Views or Non-Compliance: If cancellation occurs due to the Client’s non-compliance with the agreement or failure to meet requirements, the Client is not entitled to any refund for the services provided.

Termination for Cause

One Million Media may terminate the agreement for cause if:

The Client engages in actions that could damage One Million Media’s reputation or business interests.

The Client makes defamatory statements, tampering with or deleting content without One Million Media's permission.

The Client breaches any material term of the agreement, and such breach remains uncured after a reasonable period.

Post-Cancellation Obligations

Upon cancellation of the agreement, the Client remains responsible for paying for all services rendered up until the point of cancellation.

The Client must also return any proprietary content or materials provided by One Million Media upon request.

One Million Media will cease to provide any further services after the cancellation date.

No Liability for Account Bans or Restrictions

One Million Media will not be held liable for any account suspensions, bans, or restrictions on the Client’s Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube accounts. These platform issues are beyond One Million Media’s control and will not affect the cancellation or refund process.

By engaging with One Million Media, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy and understands the conditions under which the agreement may be terminated or canceled.
